Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our business in the Vietnam market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Vietnam market
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
Present company products/services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, recruitment, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 25 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, recruitment, outsourcing, or services industry
Strong understanding of the Vietnam market and business culture
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in Vietnamese (native) and English (business level)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
