Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially strong Recruitment Consultant Manager to lead and scale our Executive Search, Mass Recruitment, and IT Recruitment services in Vietnam. This role is responsible for revenue growth, client acquisition, delivery excellence, and team leadership across multiple recruitment models.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Strategy
Drive new business development across Executive Search, Mass Outsourcing, and IT Recruitment
Manage key accounts and strategic clients, including MNCs and large local enterprises
Advise clients on workforce planning, hiring strategy, salary benchmarking, and market intelligence
Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Own revenue, margin, and P&L targets for assigned business units
2. Recruitment Delivery Management (Multi-Model)
Executive Search
Lead retained and exclusive executive search assignments
Partner with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders
Ensure discreet, high-quality, and consultative search processes
Mass Outsourcing
Oversee large-volume hiring projects and outsourced workforce programs
Manage recruitment SLAs, ramp-up planning, and deployment timelines
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure compliance and scalability
IT Recruitment
Manage end-to-end IT hiring for permanent and contract roles
Understand technology stacks, skill requirements, and market trends
Support consultants in candidate screening and technical hiring strategies
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and develop recruitment consultants, team leads, and account managers
Set clear KPIs covering sales, delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
Monitor consultant productivity, pipeline health, and team performance
Recruit, onboard, and train new consultants as business grows
4. Process, Quality & Compliance
Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies
Maintain high standards of candidate experience and client service
Improve recruitment systems, ATS/CRM usage, and reporting accuracy
Track and improve key metrics such as time-to-fill, fill ratio, and retention
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor Vietnam labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Identify growth opportunities in new industries and technology sectors
Collaborate with regional leadership on expansion and service innovation

Bachelors degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
710+ years of experience in recruitment and/or outsourcing services
Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
Executive Search
Mass Recruitment / Workforce Outsourcing
IT Recruitment
Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and team leadership
Experience managing multiple recruitment teams or business lines
