Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across Executive Search, Mass Recruitment/Outsourcing, and IT Recruitment services. This role focuses on new business development, strategic account growth, solution selling, and revenue ownership, working closely with recruitment delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive new client acquisition across Executive Search, Mass Outsourcing, and IT Recruitment
Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities with local and multinational clients
Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and margin targets
Own sales forecasting, reporting, and revenue planning
2. Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Consult with clients to understand workforce needs and hiring challenges
Design customized recruitment and outsourcing solutions
Present proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
Lead contract negotiation and close deals in line with company targets
3. Service-Specific Sales Focus
Executive Search
Sell retained and exclusive executive search solutions
Engage with C-level, board members, and senior leadership
Position the firm as a trusted talent advisor
Mass Outsourcing
Sell large-scale hiring and workforce outsourcing solutions
Manage RFPs, tenders, and high-volume recruitment projects
Coordinate closely with operations and delivery teams
IT Recruitment
Develop new accounts in technology, digital, and software sectors
Understand IT roles, skill sets, and hiring trends
Sell permanent and contract IT staffing solutions
4. Key Account Management
Manage and grow strategic client accounts
Upsell and cross-sell additional recruitment and outsourcing services
Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor Vietnam labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
Identify new industry verticals and expansion opportunities
Provide market insights to leadership and recruitment teams

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
58+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong experience in recruitment agency, staffing, or outsourcing services
Proven success selling at least one of the following:
Executive Search
Mass Recruitment / Workforce Outsourcing
IT Recruitment
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
